Historic to when Hermosa was a mining town, tis barn is still untilized today for our equine facilities. We could like to renovate is into a safer space with storage opportunities on the third floor and offices on the second.

Renovating this house will give us more space for staff housing and visitors. We are looking to redo the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, septic, porch, and plumbing. In addition we need to add solar panels to power this building.

There are 4 kiva fire places on the Hermosa property. We need gas fireplace inserts in each one in order to keep our residents warm during the cold months!

For hunters to keep their dogs in a safe space and our own dog trackers, we want to ensure we have a space out of the sun and harms way!
