Wellness and Renewal Retreat
Fully open your horizons through an enlightening journey, awakening the whole self.
Join us for a retreat facilitated by Dr. Heather Schaffer, Founder and Integrative Medical Director of the Stress Management Center at Fernview. Through SOLACE, we’ll explore how to recognize and release limiting beliefs and perceptions, opening space for deeper awareness, clarity, and intuitive growth. Join us for an empowering experience rooted in wholeness and authenticity as we breathe into a more sustainable and beautiful way of living.
As an extension of Fernview Center’s Art of Living Well philosophy, join us at our Hermosa Field Station for a retreat for individuals seeking a deeper integration of body, mind, and spirit. This immersive experience is designed to support authentic transformation through the intentional connection of time, space, and self.
The Hermosa Field Station is the ideal setting for a heartfelt return to wholeness in the wilderness. Led by a licensed clinical mental health counselor and certified yoga instructor, Dr. Heather Kline Schaffer, this wilderness-based retreat begins in the Gila National Forest, 2.5 miles from the Aldo Leopold Wilderness. Surrounded by vast landscapes, quietude, and natural beauty, participants will embrace an immersive, holistic journey while enjoying freshly prepared, nourishing meals, optional daily practices for breathwork, meditation, and yoga, along with guided nature walks and explorations into the stunning wild and rustic wilderness of Hermosa.
